Design Engineering Inc is proud to be a 2023 class presenting sponsor of The Shootout, a premier drag racing event presented by Buschur’s LLC. In its 30th year, The Shootout is the world’s largest Mitsubishi/DSM racing event. This year’s event spans Sept. 15-17 at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.
There will be new offerings for the DSM and Mitsubishi communities, along with Ecoboost, A90 Supra, Z-car and other classes hosting the Mitsubishi vs. the World competition.
“We are thrilled once again to support this historic event, especially in its 30th anniversary year,” said Will Farkas, Social Media & Sponsorship Coordinator of DEI. “There is nothing like it for racing fans, and we are fortunate to have this world-class event right here in our backyard at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk.”
There will be no shortage of DEI products at the event. DEI provides performance heat and sound control products that help drag racers be more competitive. Industry-leading materials and custom fit products provide cooler in-cabin temperatures and thermal containment, even in the tightest of spaces.
